Refund policy
RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only for incomplete, wrong items sent or defective products. Returns due to change of mind, size/color preference are not accepted.
Proof Required:
Please provide shipment label photo, and a short 10–15 second video showing the defect or wrong item within 24 hours of receiving the product. Claims submitted after this time frame will not be accepted.
Return Instructions:
Once your return is approved, you will receive clear instructions on where to send the parcel. Do not send any parcel before approval, it will not be accepted.
Refund /Exchange:
Refunds or exchange will be processed within 3–7 working days after receiving and verifying the returned item. While our primary approach is to arrange an exchange delivery in case of incorrect, incomplete, or damaged items, a refund may also be provided under certain circumstances.
Conditions for Refund:
A refund request may be considered in the following cases:
The required product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
The customer is insisting on a refund instead of an exchange.
Shipping/ Courier:
For defective items, if the customer opts for an exchange, GRABZ will cover the return shipping charges.
If the customer requests a refund instead of an exchange, all shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Important Notes:
- Approval is mandatory before sending any parcel.

Please note we cannot consider cases reported after 24 hours of the receipt of your items.
- The final decision to issue a refund or exchange will be made by GRABZ team after carefully reviewing the case.
